Pig husbandry is a profitable occupation especially for small and marginal farmers. It requires minimum capital investment and labor but the return over the investment is quick and high. Xiamen Airlines supports UN sustainable development agenda

xiamen_airlinesNew York, NY – China’s Xiamen Airlines recently committed to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. This was made evident through the agreement signed at the UN headquarters by Ms. Gallach and the President and Chief Executive Officer Zhao Dong of Xiamen Airlines.

The airline plans to paint the exterior of one of its aircraft in a special livery in an effort to create more awareness about the Goals, a first for the airlines industry. Coconut farmers excel in coco processing

Agusan del Sur, Philippines – It was the zeal to excel together that made the group of coconut farmers and hog raisers to unite and form one organization.

Thus, the Kaagap Development Incorporated (KaDI) was organized by Mr. Maximino T. Robles, Jr. in 2002 with 16 members and PhP 8,500 initial capital. Smurfs team up with UN creates a happier, more peaceful and equitable world

smurfs-un-main-campaign-horizontalNew York, NY – The popular Smurfs characters are encouraging children, young people and adults to make the world happier, more peaceful, equitable and healthy with a campaign launched recently by the United Nations, UNICEF, and the United Nations Foundation.

The “Small Smurfs Big Goals” campaign is designed to encourage everyone to learn about and support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals which were agreed on by all 193 member countries of the United Nations in 2015. A Public Service Announcement video will be used to inspire viewers around the world to champion the Goals, which include ending extreme poverty, protecting the planet and giving everyone the chance to enjoy peace and prosperity.
